Summary

Analyzed participant engagement data to identify critical issues and propose data-driven solutions, significantly improving program completion rates.

Highlights

Initiated and executed an analysis of Coursera engagement and application data across multiple cohorts to address low participant completion rates.

Uncovered a critical insight: cohorts without a multi-stage screening process experienced a ~70% lower completion rate.

Presented data-driven recommendations to leadership, projecting that re-implementing a screening process would improve learner completion by over 50%.
